- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked turkey bacon, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides.
- Add beef broth and simmer until cooked through.
