Instructions
- Wash the bok choy thoroughly and trim the ends.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and chili garlic sauce, and stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until bok choy is tender but still crisp.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
