- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chocolate ganache
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes, or until set.
- Let it cool and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with vanilla pudding and chocolate ganache before serving.
Notes
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- You can substitute the chocolate ganache with whipped cream if preferred.
