Instructions

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  6. Fill the cupcake liners with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Once cooled, fill each cupcake with pastry cream and top with chocolate ganache.
