- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brown on both sides.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and white wine, then add thyme and rosemary.
- Bring to a simmer, then cover and reduce heat.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes until chicken is tender.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken thighs overnight.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes to soak up the delicious sauce.
