- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped chicken ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then add chicken ham.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Push ingredients to one side and scramble the eggs on the other side.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Stir in green onions and serve hot.

- Add extra spices for more flavor.
- Use leftover rice for best results.
