- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff each with the broccoli and cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
