  • 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff each with the broccoli and cheese mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
