- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add some chili flakes or herbs to the mix.
