Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, chicken, and half of the cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the rice mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper.
  • Feel free to substitute other vegetables like carrots or peas.
