- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, chicken, and half of the cheese.
- In another bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the rice mixture and stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper.
- Feel free to substitute other vegetables like carrots or peas.
