  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw, cooked turkey bacon, raisins, chopped walnuts, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
