Instructions

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
  6. Immediately sprinkle a small amount of the cinnamon-brown sugar mixture on top of the pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with syrup.
