- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, chopped basil, half of the mozzarella cheese, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in balsamic glaze before cooking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
