  • 1 teaspoon bubblegum extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in bubblegum extract and salt.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles, folding gently to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 8-inch square baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
