- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon bubblegum extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in bubblegum extract and salt.
- Add mini marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles, folding gently to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 8-inch square baking pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger bubblegum flavor, increase the extract to 1.5 teaspoons.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
