- 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, chopped turkey bacon, and mozzarella cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and spoon some of the chicken mixture into the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with green onions.
Notes
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
