- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle half of the chopped Butterfinger candy bars. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce and top with the remaining Butterfinger pieces. Chill before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture.
- Allow the bars to chill overnight for best results.
