Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries and sugar over medium heat; stir until cranberries begin to pop.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix the cranberry mixture into the creamy mixture until combined.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter pie, increase the sugar to taste.
- Serve with whipped cream for an extra treat.
