- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese. Stir and let it simmer until thickened.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the creamy chicken mixture. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
