- 4 ears corn on the cob
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them and remove the silk.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Brush the mixture over the corn, adding salt to taste.
- Fold the husks back over the corn and wrap each ear in aluminum foil.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from the grill, unwrap, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the corn in the butter mixture for a few hours before grilling.
- You can also cook the corn in a pot of boiling water if preferred.
