- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup three-cheese blend, shredded
- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and shrimp to the skillet.
- Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over the shrimp and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add the cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the shrimp and sauce; mix well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more Cajun seasoning.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
