- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lobster, crab, and salmon to the skillet and cook until seafood is opaque.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
- Feel free to add vegetables such as spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor.
