- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
- Peel and cube the potatoes, then add them to the pot along with the chicken ham.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning or hot pepper.
- Leftovers can be reheated on the stove or in the microwave.
