  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Peel and cube the potatoes, then add them to the pot along with the chicken ham.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning or hot pepper.
