Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the ricotta cheese, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
