Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  2. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop out a bit of the avocado flesh to create more space for the filling.
  4. Fill each avocado half with the tomato and mozzarella mixture.
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top before serving.
