- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop out a bit of the avocado flesh to create more space for the filling.
- Fill each avocado half with the tomato and mozzarella mixture.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze on top before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chopped garlic to the filling.
- Serve immediately to prevent avocados from browning.
