- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in chopped apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill the cheesecake bars for 2 hours before cutting.
