Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold in the apples.
- Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan, add caramel sauce, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
