Ingredients

- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup caramel vodka
- 3 packets unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup green apple slices
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the apple juice until it’s warm, but not boiling.
- Add the unflavored gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat, then stir in the caramel vodka and caramel sauce.
- Add the cinnamon and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, garnish with green apple slices before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle more caramel sauce on top before serving.
- Make these a day in advance for best results.
