- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set, then allow to cool.
- Prepare the banana pudding according to package instructions using cold milk.
- Layer the sliced bananas on top of the cooled cheesecake.
- Spread the banana pudding over the bananas.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- For best flavor, use ripe bananas.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
