Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set, then allow to cool.
  7. Prepare the banana pudding according to package instructions using cold milk.
  8. Layer the sliced bananas on top of the cooled cheesecake.
  9. Spread the banana pudding over the bananas.
  10. Drizzle caramel sauce on top before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

  • For best flavor, use ripe bananas.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
