- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups dark chocolate brownie mix
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel topping
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan to form the crust.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour it on top of the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt to the caramel drizzle.
- Let the cheesecake chill for a few hours before serving for the best texture.
