- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While the brownies cool, prepare the cheesecake filling by beating the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in sour cream until well combined, then spread over the cooled brownies.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
