Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and granulated sugar with melted butter.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Pour half of the brownie mixture into a greased springform pan.
  7. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and sour cream until smooth.
  8. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  9. Top with remaining brownie mixture and swirl with a knife.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  11. Let cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
  • Serve chilled for the best texture.
