- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar and granulated sugar with melted butter.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Pour half of the brownie mixture into a greased springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and sour cream until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Top with remaining brownie mixture and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
- Serve chilled for the best texture.
