- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool the bars and drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle sea salt before serving.
Notes
- Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting for cleaner slices.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips to the crust for added flavor.
