- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, until set. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure the cheesecake is completely cooled before adding toppings.
