Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until set. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Make sure the cheesecake is completely cooled before adding toppings.
