Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and add sliced onions; cook until caramelized.
- Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Layer phyllo sheets and cut into squares; place a spoonful of the cheese mixture and caramelized onions on top.
- Fold and brush with olive oil; bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
