- 1 cup pumpkin puree

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cardamom, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
