Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in the grated carrots and walnuts.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
