Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares and fill the center with the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
