- 4 large Portobello mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto the Portobello mushrooms.
- Place the mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the mushrooms for an hour before grilling.
- These mushrooms can also be served as a burger substitute.
