Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture onto the Portobello mushrooms.
  4. Place the mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the mushrooms for an hour before grilling.
  • These mushrooms can also be served as a burger substitute.
