Instructions
- Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto the mushrooms.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the mushrooms for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Great as a meat substitute in burgers.
