Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with remaining cheese and cover with the other two slices of bread.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the sandwiches.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the chicken mixture.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
