- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion

- 1 package biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and season as desired.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix biscuit mix with milk until smooth, then pour over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
