			- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, and scallops)
- 1 pie crust (prepared)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add seafood and cook until slightly opaque.
- Stir in heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning, cooking until thickened.
- Add in the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This pie can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
- Substitute seafood as desired to suit your tastes.
