- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and cilantro.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add olive oil.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, layer with chicken mixture and cheddar cheese, then top with another tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Remove, slice, and serve warm.

- Adjust the spice level by adding jalapeños if desired.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream for extra flavor.
