- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional lettuce, tomato, and other toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, breadcrumbs, egg, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined and form into burger patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- For extra moisture, you can add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to the mixture.
- Make sure not to overmix the chicken to keep the patties tender.
