- 4 large celery stalks
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Cut the celery stalks into 2-3 inch pieces.
- Spread the cheese mixture into the celery sticks.
- Crumble the bacon and sprinkle it on top of the cheese-filled celery.
- Place the stuffed celery sticks on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add spices such as smoked paprika or garlic powder to the cheese mixture.
- This recipe can easily be doubled for larger gatherings.
