  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  4. Cut the celery stalks into 2-3 inch pieces.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture into the celery sticks.
  6. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle it on top of the cheese-filled celery.
  7. Place the stuffed celery sticks on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
