Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (28 oz) frozen French fries
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook until onions are soft.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Spread the frozen French fries in a baking dish and pour the beef mixture over them.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the fries are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
