Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and biscuit mix until smooth.
- Spread the beef mixture in a pie dish, then pour the batter over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
