- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pie crust
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, and half of the cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
- Spread beef mixture into pie crust.
- Pour egg mixture over the beef.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set.

- For added flavor, include diced pickles or bacon bits.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
