Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into mini cups.
- Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the mixture.
- Make sure bananas are fully ripe for the best sweetness.
