- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll one can of crescent rolls and layer them on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls in the baking dish.
- Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place over the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar mixed with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- For an added flavor, consider using flavored extracts such as almond or orange.
- Top with fresh berries for a nice presentation.
