- 12 large strawberries

Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and carefully hull them, creating a small cavity.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top for garnish.
